C’était ok. Le personnel de nuit très bien. Mais on m’a installé dans une chambre fumeur par erreur et j’ai du attendre le lendemain soir pour pouvoir avoir une nouvelle chambre

Hopefully this was a fluke evening

We have stayed at this hotel many times but this one was terrible. Hopefully it was a fluke but there was a couple arguing in the hallway, for a long time (about 11:00 p.m), then there were children making all kinds of racket, bouncing on beds, running around, etc (about 1230 a.m), for at least an hour. The staff did nothing about either of these. To top off, in the morning we found a roach in our room.

The room stunk and had a bad mold smell. There was a hair in the sink, pillow covers stained, comforter stained and there were numerous wall patches. The tv was horrible. I was leary about a Motel 8 but he ratings I read were good. However, it did not match our experience. Next time I will pay the higher price to stay elsewhere.

The room was fine but the staff was rude. Nowhere did it say that people visiting us couldn't use the pool, so when we found out after my dad had come to visit us and swim with us, he was more of less kicked out. Not only that, but the staff pushed past me and my sister during breakfast. The phone in the room doesn't work and the man at the front desk was rude when I called to ask for extra toilet paper because we were out. The AC unit works great but the heat setting smells like a fire is about to start. The parking lot is incredibly cramped, and the gravy in the crock pot looks like it's never stirred. I was going to bring my service dog until I found out I'd have to pay the pet fee despite her not being a pet. Honestly I wish I could give it zero stars. Stay at the hotel across the street if I'm honest.

Would stay again

The woman at the check in was really nice. The room was mostly clean, hair in the tub ; a big glob in the drain. There was large patches of spackle on the walls. The bed was comfortable and clean. Overall good hotel. Would recommend staying here and would stay again
