Convenient. It was close to my friend’s residence.
The check-in experience was not good. I tried to check in around 3:10. The staff named Angela took my ID, not friendly, looked me up and told me I can’t check in because there are two weddings and my room is not ready. No room in this box to explain what transpired. I was told to wait..waited for an hour and finally asked if the room was ready from another staff. I was hoping someone will let me know once a room is ready. I wish this hotel is as good as the one in Baton Rouge, LA. The place was awesome! They gave out a bag with bottled water and a small bag of Cheezit to each guest, daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful….reason why I chose to stay at this hotel. I think I’ll really think hard before I consider staying at another Tru Hotel again!!!!!

The property was clean, neat and very up-to-date. Customer Service from Ashley at the Front Desk was excellent, as well as the lady that oversees the Breakfast Buffet.
