Pour : Everything. Instantly regretted not ordering the pancakes when our fellow diners had theirs delivered. Next time for sure...
Contre : Maybe if there was another lounge area? Splitting hairs really!
Emplacement : There is a sculpture park directly opposite and a huge amount of places to go for a stroll. The hotel provide things you can do in a guide in room.
Having stayed in a whole load of hotels on a regular basis, we genuinely cannot compare the service to anywhere else we've stayed collectively. The food was stunning. The garden was gorgeous. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We just wished it was bigger so we could move in! The very individual touch to the room (they know what it is, we won't spoil the surprise for the guests...it's genius)and the bed was VERY comfortable. Great complimentary shower gels and brilliant towels. My boyfriend and I have conflicting schedules a lot so this was a fantastic break for the two of us and we will definitely be back.

A special stay in Surrey
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsThe rooms and indoor and outdoor public spaces were all lovely, quiet and comfortable and the special amenities in the room were much appreciated. Every staff member staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel is tucked away in a beautiful wooded area in Surrey. Of special note was the all included breakfast with a full buffet as well as a la carte selections. Our thanks to the staff. We had a wonderful stay.
