The reception staff were amazing and very helpful. I appreciated them providing a ground floor entrance as I requested.
The manager allowed me access to my room well before the check-in time after my long flight from Australia.
I highly recommend the Bush Hotel to everyone visiting Farnham, Surrey, UK.

Two lightbulbs missing, ash tray full and ash all over dirty seat cushions on patio.
Rubbish scattered around patio area.
But, nice and quiet. Great location for town centre. Parking was ideal and the staff were great.
