Excellent location. Close to shopping and dining. Some free parking but is limited. Included buffet breakfast with great variety. Has roof bar open evenings. We didn't try the steakhouse. Room balcony with smoking. Best hotel shower. Rooms small but clean. House keeping every day, yeah. Would stay there again.

Great spot stay in Faro. Perfect location for exploring the area nearby the waterfront. The view from our room was incredible. The furniture has seen better days. Not sure what the difference is between the rooms with a balcony and a “fully furnished balcony” is—we opted for the fully furnished balcony but it seems like all balconies had the same two chairs and table. Reception staff were great. Service at the hotel restaurant not so great.

Location is fabulous, right in the marina a short walk from the old town Hotel offer comfort and service, breakfast was agood service but could of been warmer. Ask for a room on a higher floor as it can be a bit noisy in the night.

Hotel in a very good location. Breakfast was nice. Dinning area with a sea view, pianist playing every morning. However coffee way below expectations. Room was cleaned every day however bathroom looks like deep clean wasn't done for a long time. Silicone under the shower dirty and tiles with yellow residue. There is definitely place for improvement. Overall good value for money.

The hotel was lovely, near the marina. Faro train station was very close by. It was a nice experience, staff were nice. Stored our luggage for when we checked in early/checked out late. Breakfast experience was really lovely with the pianist playing lovely tunes whilst you had your breakfast. The breakfast spread was everything you wanted, from fried eggs to pastries. In terms of the room, couple of gripes was that the bathroom door is frosted and cannot be completely closed/locked and there was no iron in the room. Other than that, it was a nice space to stay.

First time in Portugal
The hotel was excellent, however the only reason I have given it 4stars not 5 is the staff across the 4days could have been more energetic and smiling. The service was not bad it was very efficient but it was functional not warming.

The hotel is in a really good spot and you can see both sunrise and sunset from the balconies on the top floor. My room was nice and the breakfasts were amazing - great food, fabulous views and being serenaded by a pianist. I had a great stay until the last night when there was a big party in the function room on the floor above mine. They really need to work on soundproofing. It spolt a great stay.

The location is brilliant: close to the bus stop, a tour meeting point, restaurants, cathedral, and a great seaside view from the restaurant on the top. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was stunning. They offer a wide range of food and the quality was great as well as the piano gig. My favourite was egg tart. Just a building itself was old. I heard a lots of noise from outside as well as footsteps on the floor above, and I couldn’t sleep well. The insulation structure needing to be updated.
