Fantastic resort, good food, they paid close attention to my husband diet restriction (gluten free) and adapted as needed.

Pure paradise awaits. A dream of a resort with stunning views, AMAZING Staff (thank you Wisham), delicious foods, endless activities, shopping and more. Did I mention paradise? :) Getting around is easy, as you can be picked up in a golf cart, or ride around on bikes parked right outside your villa (which I loved!) I will definitely be back.

We have the over water villa with private pool. We truely enjoyed it as we can take quick dips in the warm pool every morning and before bed. It's more expensive compare to villa without pool but totally worth it.

Fayaz did a great job
However the food was not prepared well enough, especially the fish dry and tasteless, beef not aged.

Excellent services; very responsive to every request and need we have; I wish the restaurants have air condition. The food esp. dinner choices are so so. The beef ( steak ) was not good quality.
Overall Emerald is still a great resort property.

Everything that I can think of is definitely 5 star and beyond, Emerald just needs to improve a bit of dining quality, taste is 4 star, beef is less than 3 star
