Blood on my sheet, banging and screaming from other tenants- didn’t love this location or have a nice stay. Very disappointed

The best thing about our stay is that it was within easy driving distance to the wedding reception venue. Beyond that, it was the most disappointing stay we’ve had. The noisy springs in our mattress kept me awake during the nights. Corporate alerted the staff about the problem, but nothing was done about it. No housekeeping services were done during our two days stay. No clean towels and wash cloths were provided, neither were clean sheets. The sink was stopped up. Those extra tiny soaps didn’t last two days. The steps leading up to the second floor are very dangerous at one point, so much so someone is going to trip over them eventually. I shudder to think what might happen next, not only to the person who falls but also to the hotel’s liability. The pictures will show what I mean. We will not stay at this hotel again. This is the first time I’ve ever given any hotel this bad a review. My wife and I were overcharged greatly for a very bad experience.
