The best in Fayetteville

The property manager was so attentive and asked if we ever needed anything. You won’t be disappointed….its the perfect location on Dickson street!

Great location & awesome apartment!

GREAT PLACE!

Parked at the door ~ walked to everything on Dickson St. Enjoyed the peacefulness of the balcony that evening, listening to Piano Bar across the street ~ perfect distance/not loud at all. Wish we could have stayed longer - just a one night stop before business trip that weekend in Rogers. Will definitely stay again!

The decks are amazing, the furnishings are sharp, it’s dog friendly, and has an awesome UofA vibe. Management was helpful. The only thing I would change is they requested a form 3 hours before checkin to avoid cancellation. Wish that could’ve been taken care of days before instead of the day I’m trying to travel. No biggie at all, just a small detail I’d have rather dealt with earlier. Love this place and hope to stay again.

Cool location

Excellent Apartment Downtown
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayHad a wonderful stay here. Attentive host company, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Perfect for families, professionals, or party-goers visiting. I was here a week and had a marvelous time. The only thing to mention is that the place is next to some loud bars (including a piano bar), so if you’re a sensitive sleeper and go to bed before midnight, you may have a hard time.
