Very clean but I did observe a dog in the hotel. I didn’t like that part of the stay. Also in the morning hours the staff was very loud in the hallway while people were still sleeping. That came across as disrespectful to the guest that occupied rooms in that area.

The hotel itself was nice except: the lock on the exterior door to the rear parking lot did not work (couldn’t open the door from the outside); water in my morning shower was only lukewarm; snack at the manager’s reception were less than…. When I spoke to the desk agent about the rear door, he gave an argument ad told me that it was tricky and one had to know how to use it. Perhaps the hotel should get it fixed??

Mistakes but would stay again

A very unusual mistake happened that frightened us a lot. I’m disappointed that the manager will only refund us half. However, the property is gorgeous and breakfast delicious, so we would definitely stay again!
