Minutes from campus with pool.
This place was exactly as it appeared. It was even better bc it was a cute little neighborhood of similar homes with a pool. I would recommend spending a few more dollars for nice bedding to knock this place out of the park!

Beautiful house, great location to highways
My family and I had a great stay at the property. Plenty of room for everyone, open floor plan on main level was great and let everyone be together in a big space. A/C was amazing!! We had to actually turn it down a few times, but comfortable the whole time. The one thing I will say is that the couch while big enough for everyone was not the most comfortable thing and came apart from not being able to secure it. Overall a great place to stay.

We were moving our granddaughter in to UA and this place looked like a nice place for our family. It turned out to be great. All the beds were very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this place and I will return again.

Great house for 3 generations
Perfect house for our stay to attend a family wedding. My 80-year old parents slept in the ground floor suite which was spacious and perfect for them. Kids slept upstairs and shared the jack and Jill bathroom. Spouse and I had the other upstairs bed and bath. All very comfortable! Pool was a short walk away and was amazing. Plenty of parking available. Game room in the garage rocked for the kids. Walmart groceries so close. Plenty of walking trails nearby for spouse and I to explore. Close to restaurants and highway access. Loved our stay!

Great House for UArk Graduation
We stayed at the home for our daughter's graduation from the University of Arkansas. It was my family as well as both sets of grandparents. The home was perfect for our group - clean, plenty of amenities, and close to campus (as well as close to restaurants and stores so we did not have to drive through campus traffic all the time). Highly recommend!

Wonderful place for our stay in Fayetteville for a game weekend .
Wonderful place for a game weekend. Close enough to campus for a Uber ride and having all the stores nearby for food and beverages was a plus. House was great with two car garage and 4 bedrooms. Open concept and having a backyard was a plus. Will stay again for sure.

Outstanding stay for college move-in weekend.
Spacious, so comfortable and so clean! This was such a perfect location away from the college crowd but perfectly close to campus. We will definitely stay here again. This was a perfect layout for a family to allow everyone their own space. The beds were extremely comfortable. A+ stay!

Beautiful House and Wonderful Time
The house is beautiful and in a great property. The housekeeping staff and host bent over backwards to help us when there was a small miscommunication about our checkin. The house is fabulous. They did an excellent job decorating. The space is nice and open allowing for a home-cooked meal or popcorn and a movie when we weren't out enjoying Fayetteville. The pool was very refreshing in the hot sun as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

Need some work on general info
We had washcloths that were clean but stained with makeup. It would be helpful to list what is and is not provided. I would have brought dishwasher tabs and paper towel from home. I may have missed this info but I just didn't see it. Trash was still there from previous renters and the garage could have used some work. Hadn't been swept and cigarette butts. It didn't bother us that much but may be a problem for someone else. Beds were great.

The house was just as shown. We would recommend this house. It was a family reunion for our Dad's birthday that brought us to Arkansas and the house was close to everything and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

This appears to be managed by a property management group and there is zero communication outside of the standard emails. I had missed the email With the door code and messaged twice with zero response. The house is clean, nice and in a great neighborhood.

You saved our vacation
After an abrupt cancellation (same day as arrival), we book this property. It was a little more than budgeted but we were already on the road with no place to stay. We were pleased with the location and size. We only needed three bedrooms so there was definitely roomy. It was clean and in great condition. We had a small glitch with the trash but the property owner responded within 15 minutes to my email question. the management company was just as efficient as the owner. We were even able to book the same day check in. Thank you for saving the vacation. We travel to the area regularly so will keep this in mind when we bring everyone with us.

Graduation Weekend
This house was so perfect for graduation weekend. Close to events with out getting stuck in traffic. Lots of places to eat and shop close by. Comfortable beds, everything was super clean!!! Fantatic set up.
