Our group of ten booked at this hotel while attending a funeral. We met in the lobby to talk. Large tv loudly played the news. We asked night female desk clerk if we could turn down tv. NO. Asked to change channel. NO. When one in our group looked for remote or buttons to make changes, same clerk came yelling at us to NOT touch the tv and there was no remote. Our final day another desk clerk offered the remote which was behind the front desk the whole time. The first clerk was RUDE every time any of us had to deal with her. Next, they charged my credit card for my stay when I had presented proof the stay was pre-paid thru Expedia when I checked-in. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Highlight of our stay

We went to the bar a few nights, the bartender V was amazing, warm and friendly. She was the highlight of our stay there!

Charged me for two nights when I PREPAID thru Expedia and SHOWED them Expedia receipt. Rude evening female manger REFUSED to change TV station in lobby or even lower the volume so our group could talk. Management unprofessional disagreed with members of our group over incorrect charges on the bill. Do I go on?? DO NOT, CLEARLY DO NOT stay at this place!!!!
