Hotel rooms need updating

The hotel is need of updating. The rooms have old worn furniture and we had a hard time getting the tv to work. Will not stay here again.

Breakfast was lacking but everything else was fine

The hotel was clean(other than the renovation parts). Beds were comfortable and nice room. The worst part was the breakfast. The sausage was good both days but the tator tots one day and potatoes 2nd day were awful. Eggs were ur typical hotel eggs. I was expecting some biscuits with gravy since that’s so easy. It was enough to where I would choose a different hotel! But I put a lot of value in the breakfast.

New pillows, please!!!!!

Would’ve been a 5 star had there been better pillows. None of us slept well and all 4 of us agreed it was due to the pillows. Easy fix that would make all the difference. Otherwise, clean with friendly staff and great location.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. We stayed in a suite with the kitchenette everything was nice and clean.

I didn’t realize they are doing renovations in the lobby, however it didn’t affect the breakfast area in the morning . Breakfast wasn’t great but most “free continental breakfasts” usually aren’t. The room was clean and spacious. I didn’t think the bed was comfortable at all so I didn’t sleep well-matress was too firm for my liking but my daughter slept great and said her bed was fine. Overall a nice place very convenient to UofA, restaurants and whatever you might need. I would definitely stay here again!

Jose was outstanding at the front desk and I assume the night manager. He was very accommodating to my family. I appreciate his efforts very much. I only have conditions a 3 star rating. That was due to ongoing renovations that were beyond the employees' control and will only increase future experiences in a positive way. We will stay there again in the near future.

I was given a room which had clogged toilet issues long before I got there. After 2 visits with 2 different people with plungers, I finally had to pack up my clothes & move to another room. There is MAJOR construction going on here. It was hugely inconvenient getting around while men are laying tiles. I could not wait in the lobby while my room was getting cleaned. So I was asked to leave & go to the neighboring hotel’s lobby to wait. Arkansas’ hotels did not meet my expectations. Hugely inconvenient!

Property is being remodeled and not great signage related to that so you don’t know where to walk/where to avoid. We checked in, went to suite and toilet was clogged. Called front desk from room.. busy signal. Called from cell phone and got a person. Staff ask “would u like me to send someone up”. Yes, there is only one toilet in room. Guy comes up and wants to just hand me plunger. Had to tell him to go to bathroom to handle. Room is dated and shows singing ware (hence the remodel) but was clean aside from toilet issue and the way the staff responded
