Amazing Stay !

Family Time
Posted Aug. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayThe property was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. Everyone in our family loved it! Our favorite part was the front porch. We enjoyed ending each day on the porch talking and playing games. We could not have asked for better communication from the property manager. They made sure we felt welcome and kept us well-Informed. We plan to return to this home often.

Phenomenal house
Posted Jul. 18, 2024 on HomeAwayWe loved our stay in this house over a long weekend in July. In town for a family reunion, we had three generations in the house. The bedroom on the ground floor ensures that those who have more trouble climbing stairs can be comfortable. The house is large enough that everyone can have their own space, but there are multiple large gathering spaces for everyone. The decor is so fun, the porches are wonderful, the house is fully stocked, there is plenty of parking, and location is fabulous. Close to campus, restaurants, trails, yet still feels private.

Family Wedding Weekend
Posted May 31, 2024 on HomeAwayThe place is amazing! Our son was getting married in Fayetteville and it was perfect for us, our parents, our sons, and their fiancés and two nieces.
The very large kitchen island was great for visiting and all of the living areas and bedrooms were VERY spacious. Everything was clean and the beds were all comfortable. We had everythng we needed in the way of kitchen items etc. It was well equipped with pots, pans, containers, dishes, and small appliances.
The location is perfect if you are in town for a Razorback game! We loved the property!
The one thing that was a bit of a surprise was that the two twin beds in a separate room can only be accessed by going through the master bedroom. This was fine for us and would be great for families with small children but it could be an issue if the people in the master did not want the people in the twin room to go through their room.
There is a lot of outdoor space on this property and the full length porches across both levels was amazing! There was plenty of seating on both levels including porch swings.
We had a small plumbing issue and called management. They were very responsive and had a plumber there that resolved this issue very quickly.
We would definitely stay at this property again!

Nice house
