The room needed a good cleaning- it was very dirty - the shower didn’t work well. The lock needed tightening on the door to the room. There were no other rooms available in the area as there was Military Training or we wouldn’t have stayed. Very disappointed.

I always book here when I travel to see my spouse who’s in the military! Since June 2024. The new owner is the best and the staff are so kind! I just recommend upgrading the beds next 😭 they squeak when you move, even to get out of bed. Overall I love booking here every time I come to Fayetteville!

Nice holiday stay

Nice place, and very friendly staff. Love the location, walking distance to mall and restaurants. Only issue I had was the chair in our room. The chair was dirty and smelled a bit funky. We just covered it up and nevered bothered us again. Overall, it was a great stay

Modern day flop house...

Room was gross, i dont think the room had seen a mop in 6 months. Dirt under furniture and behind stuff. Bathroom was dirty. Smoke detector had plastic wrap over it. There were spiders and bugs (although i didnt see any bed bugs) in our room. The fridge leaked. Free breakfast was an absolute joke. There was so little food out that at first i thought i missed it. We stayed multiple nights each day i had to go get my key cards programmed so we could get back in our room. They wont give you new towels unless u physically bring ur dirty ones down to lobby. Homeless and hoodlums hanging out in parking lot at all hours and playing loud music as late as midnight. Definitely didn't feel like a safe area. Motel is located on main drag right in front of a red light that ppl think is a drag strip constantly gunning it every time light turns green all night long. Im a frugal person but believe me when i say pay the couple extra bucks to stay someplace nicer. Dont believe the nice photos u see, they are very strategicly taken. Unless you like slumming it avoid this flea bag flop house at all costs.

Booked a room and canceled an hour later,because it was to far from the job. Yhey chargedme for 4 nights and took an additional 155 from me,plus and early check out! I DIDN'T CHECK IN OR STAYED!

Property was full of animals, multiple cats, and strange people. Beds were dirty, bedbugs on mattresses. Old outdated carpet that had a fowl odor.
