The people were nice and helpful, but the rooms were small and clearly designed to fit as many as possible into the building envelope. While the price was somewhat cheaper than nearby choices it was not enough to offset the reduced comfort and atmosphere. I would tend to pay 10% more for a 25% boost in quality experience.

TRUly Nice!

Tru is pet friendly, which makes for a very nice stay. the property was well maintained and very convenient. The staff was very professional and pleasant. The only glitch was that the electric room door lock kept losing power, and the staff kept having to recharge it so I could get back into my room. No big deal. I will definitely stay here again.

Looks a nice hotel just until you need to take a shower. Takes long since there is no water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, its a considerable hotel to stay.

No Hot Water

Arrived to a room on the end of the second floor. A weird smell in the room but we decided to stay because we were tired from traveling. Woke up early to shower and hit the road. No hot water! No water pressure in the shower. Called front desk and was told boiler tripped, should have hot water in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later no change. Asked for a refund or voucher for future and was told since I booked through a third party she was unable to help me with my request I will never book with a Hilton or Hotels.com again
