Nice house with everything needed for the stay!
Publié le 21 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayI had a very nice stay at this property, we had everything we needed for the stay and the owner even left us a bottle of wine aswell as a bottle of non alcoholic sparkling wine. I had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay!

We had a group of 17 girls and each and every one of us couldn’t stop raving about the house and all of the amenities. We are already planning a summer trip with our families next year! Rick is attentive and quick with his responses. The house and outdoor areas had plenty of space for our big group. The pool and hot tub are big and clean. There are tons of floats and items for the pool. The house is in a nice friendly neighborhood. From start to finish, it was just wonderful experience and we had a great time.

Overall a great space
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house wound up being an excellent spot for my friends and I. Rick was communicative and helpful before and during the stay. Checking in was simple and clear. Check out was easy. We did need to clean many of the dishes, pans and silverware we used through the stay before we used them. Some of the rooms were not quite as clean as we would have hoped, but it wasn’t a major issue. I hope they add different exterior lights by the pool to help making hanging out outside easier. The house had many many, many of the things we needed and the group all agreed we appreciated its amenities and location.

A great home to enjoy west Michigan
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family of 20 stayed for 5 days. The pool was hit with all age groups. The house was great and very spacious. Can’t wait to book again. We really loved the location and we were able to explore west Michigan beaches with quick drive.

Beautiful and Relaxing Spot

The garden that surrounds the outdoor spaces adds to a peaceful experience. At nights you can see many stars as you sit around the fire pit. The house has so much to offer too and you have everything you need in the kitchen. We had a great time sitting at the large table for dinner. The host is great and communication was excellent! Thanks!

Lot of updates this year

Very nice for large families
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were very impressed with the outdoor amenities of the property: pool, hot tub, fire circle, landscaping and all the pool accessories and outdoor furniture were great for family fun. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil and small appliance one could need. The interior of the house was a bit aged but adequate. Fennville is a very nice small town walking distance to grocery, restaurants and the library - which our kids enjoyed.

Great for family get away
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay. Fourteen of our family stayed for the week. We had teenagers that loved the pool, cool pool noodles, ping pong table, and pac man games. (Note that we paid extra to have the pool heated which was a good idea.) Adults liked that the kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked a lot. Generous towel supply was much appreciated. Backyard fire pit was the best we've experienced in our 20 years of renting vacation spaces. Also loved the big backyard umbrellas. We also had an issue with a tripped circuit. Communication with the owner was prompt and considerate and the problem was fixed in a few hours. We would come back again.

Family Vacation
Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family and i stayed here for our 2024 family vacation. We had the most wonderful time!! The house was perfect for all 19 of us! And exactly as advertised.
We cooked every day, the kitchen accommodations were wonderful and plentiful for cooking for large groups. We had 9 children (ages 11months to 12yo) and 10 adults. My parents, who are in their 80s, enjoyed the porch swing daily.
The many chairs around the fire pit fit us perfectly! We all throughly enjoyed the pool and all the pool toys provided!
This experience was 10 out of 10! Would definitely rent this property again!!
