I checked in for 3 nights. I wasn't expecting service in my room the second day but on the third day, again I didn't receive cleaning service. No clean towels, no trash was emptied and my bed wasn't touched. At 8pm at night, after being out all day at a family funeral, i had to go to the front desk and get towels and trash bags. Not acceptable! In the future I will remember this when booking a trip.

Elevator wasn’t working, very inconvenient to carry luggage and other staff up and down
