Personnel Ă  l'accueil peu bavard

L'emplacement de l'hĂŽtel sur les photos est trompeur, tape-Ă -l'Ɠil. Le personnel Ă  l'accueil est peu bavard, on a l'impression de les dĂ©ranger. J'ai demandĂ© pour une cafetiĂšre dans la chambre et ils m'ont rĂ©pondu qu'il y avait un Dunkin's Ă  deux pas. Quand j'ai demandĂ© pour le reçu avant de quitter, ils ne m'ont mĂȘme pas rĂ©pondu. Une bande de BÊTAS !

I recommend this hotel! Very good location.

An older hotel, with an fantastic person in the reception, whos name was Karen (I believe). She was very warm and caring. The room and hotel is ok. Nothing fancy, but the location with the beach just 4-5 min walkingdistance is fantastic. The beach and the area is wonderful. We had a room towards the street and it was a litte noisy from the street, but i was ok. Its much better with a room towards the back that you also see fantastic houses and watercanals.

Another wonderful stay at this simple yet well kept and clean establishment. It is near our favorite restaurants.

Affordable, decent, walkable

Stay was ok, typical older hotel. Front desk staff wasn't there on check in which required waiting 30min. They were clearly overrun with other guests. But we're very friendly and helpful. Beach was close, few good places to eat within in a few mins walk.

A/c did not work first night but staff made it right when reported. They installed a complete new unit in short time. Recommen a room on the back side. Front side facing the street is subject to motocycle racing and cars the tv in the room was not programmable and toilets were small. A bigger person would suffer

We checked in, took a room without a view even though it was reserved.. to be able to check in early. Due to weather conditions, the power in the hotel was half out. Cant figure that out yet. The office, some rooms, the laundry all worked but we had nothing. Went to the front desk to ask if she knew what was going on and got very smart a$$ responses about how she didn't know & was surely not checking every room. So we sat in our dark room with the balcony door open to get air in the room, since of coursethere was no air conditioning.. i guess my biggest gripe is. If you knew there were rooms with & rooms without, why couldn't there be some room changes.. there wasn't nore than a dozen or so cars in the lot..

Great little motel

The staff were very friendly and were quick with any issues. Our a/c didn’t work well and so we were immediately moved to another room. The rooms were plain and clean which is what we expected. There were plenty of toiletries and towels. The pool is small but very clean and the sun sets behind it so lovely to hang out, swim and watch the sun go down. We really enjoyed being able to sit out on the balcony to read. It’s one block walk to the beach. The team 100% met our expectations and more given the very affordable cost.

I was told when I booked the room, even though I chose the room the computer can change it, I paid for a king deluxe Canal view. I got a queen Street view, I was told while I was yelled at that. There is nothing I can do. They will not give me a discount when staff is comfortable enough to yell those things at you in front of other guest that says the company is comfortable with that treatment from the staff,as long as they make their money, if you read reviews the negative reviews mainly State the same problem you book that room with the canal and they’re put you in another claiming it’s the same price, of a street view room. It is a deceptive practice that apparently they’ve been getting away with for years, any place you stay you pay more for a water beach or sea view.as a business owner, I would never let any of my employees yell at someone who chooses to spend their money in or on or at, Whatever I’m associated with. I will confront the issue myself if need be my second night my bed was replaced with a king bed.but being treated so disrespectful by staff in front of other guest, it’s just not a place that I would recommend for any of my organisations or associates to stay when they visit Fenwick Island

Great hotel

Room was clean & comfortable. Only complaint was we had electric bikes & our room was on the 3rd floor without an elevator but they accommodated us by showing up a place to lock them up inside the hotel on the 1st floor.

It was a great value for the area. We were right on the main strip. Beds and rooms comfortable. The facility very clean. Very accessible very walkable. had a tiny kitchenette in the room. Wonderful view.
