Our stay was short. The person who checked us in was difficult to understand. The breakfast that was offered was not very good. Coffee was bad and the styrofoam cup smelled like it was stored in a wet basement. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 0830 to clean our room! I stayed here 20 years ago and it cost $127! There’s a reason why it’s only $85 now!

They ran out of breakfast including coffee and it took awhile the refill everything.

Good location but that's it
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed here when we went to Holiday World and Splashin Safari. The location was great for us because it was only about a 10 minute drive to the park, and Ferdinand had more food options for my family. That's the end of the good.
It was over 90 degrees the day that we arrived. It was after 10:00 on when we arrived, and the air conditioner in our room was off. It was so hot and unbearable in the room, and it took a long time for it to cool down.
There were numerous ants and other small bugs in the room.
Both of our keys were deactivated when we arrived back to our room in the second night.
There was no light flashing or any indication that the smoke detector was working. I went to the desk to ask about it and was told that they only go off if there is smoke. I was like yeah, but how do I know they are functioning. No explanation. I ended up buying a smoke detector from CVS.

Only a one night stay. Hotel appears to be fairly new. Rooms are quiet, and comfortable. The only downside was that some of the "hot" breakfast items were cold, but I would stay here again.

Serviceable hotel near Holiday World

Pricey for what it is, and local food options are very limited, but if you’re in the area for a visit to Holiday World, which I suspect a lot of guests are, this is a decent option.

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsHotel was very outdated, it stinks when you first walked in. The room smelt like mildew and the blankets had stains and burn holes and it was a non smoking room.
