I stayed in this property for 3 nights. House keeping never came. I had to ask the desk the 3rd night for fresh towels. The hallways smell like urine and always had various debris on them (food, ect) The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.

The staff at the desk were not at all welcoming. Didn’t smile once and I felt like I was intruding on their chit chat. I mentioned that our room smelled like stale smoke and it was old. I was surprised to get a south tower room as we normally stay in the north tower and more than surprised when a dog walked down the hall.No wonder the room was old and tacky.I won’t stay there again.

Even if you’re not a gambler …

Good value. Comfortable bed & room. Friendly, efficient & helpful front desk staff. Really appreciated that there are some adult only pool hours. Brilliant! Decent gym, but it’s inconvenient that you have to go to the front desk, then someone has to go to the gym to open the door for you. We’re not gamblers, but it was still a good place for us.

The property was easy to find. We didn’t take the time to explore the property very much like we had intended. It was a quick stay, but we did enjoy a delicious breakfast down in the River something Cafe. The staff was very kind & informative at the front desk. We easily found our room that was clean and contained a comfortable bed.
