Very poor build
No sound proofing from neighbouring rooms

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us due to noise disturbances from nearby rooms. Our reception staff and night porters are always on hand to deal with any noise issues from other guests if they are made aware; we will also pass your feedback on to our owner to see if anything can be done about the soundproofing. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming. I personally didnt like the english breakfast but my partner loved it so its all down to person preference. Would stay again 10p percent. We had a lovely walk along the river

Nice hotel with a restaurant. Room was nice however the shower constantly leaked and kept switching between really hot and really cold.

Good location for airport access. The only issue is the room didn’t have a telephone to contact Front Desk or other uses. Two beds and TV location was odd… could only view from one bed.
However, staff were fantastic. Pub on location was good with very nice menu options. Good stay👍

We do not advertise room phones as one of our facilities, however our reception staff are always reachable and can be called via mobile; our telephone number is in the guest information folder which is in each room.
