Newly renovated and incredible location. Relish your mountain adventures in this beautifully renovated 4 bedroom chalet, just a 10 minute walk to the village base. All your mountain holiday luxuries are here; fireplace, private hot tub and fully equipped kitchen. Also, a great drying room that has fantastic gear storage. 4 Beautiful Bedrooms that can easily accommodate your group of 8 or less. At the end of the day, enjoy your private hot tub on the deck. Air Conditioning has been added.

All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at the resort, capacity cannot exceed 8 total guests or fines will occur. Max. 4 parking spots and no street parking allowed.

Nightly rate and fees are taxed as follows: GST (5%), PST (8%) and MRDT (3%). All taxes and fees included in total amount. GST# 81860 3276 RT0001.

Fabulous house
We were 100% happy with this VRBO. Was exactly as shown in photos( some aren’t!). Beautifully decorated with well stocked dishes/ cooking utensils/ etc. Lots of space for my family of 10. Lovely neighborhood & very close to ski lifts. Highly recommend.

This property was in a beautiful location and looked just like it was presented. It was spacious for the seven of us. It was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the large upper deck, hot tub and large kitchen table. The property manager was prompt in responding and addressed any issues.

True North is a relaxed home with lots of space to enjoy
We loved the kitchen appliances, utensils etc. We had everything we needed including the great island. The heated floor in the ski room downstairs is perfect to dry equipment. Our beds were very comfortable. Our favourite features were the hot tub and fireplace. The street was quiet with 3 vehicle parking and private view to the back. Everyone walking in the area was friendly and kind. Such a relaxing place. We don’t feel this was a ski in/out location. The snow is waist deep on the incline from the back trail up to the lower level hot tub/back door. There are also trees growing in the only possible space. Our adult group could not climb up. Overall a beautuful place, and great skiing mid Jan 2023.

The property is about a 7 minute walk to the hill. Lots of room in the cabin and two decks to use. It was a great place and I’m going to rent it again next year for another Fernie holiday.

Great place for a big family
We stayed here with family for a getaway and found the house very comfortable. Nice open floor plan and great amenities, including a foosball table, new hot tub, huge equipment room for all the gear, fire pit outside, and nice deck furniture. The rental agency was very responsive to any questions and concerns that we had. A hiccup that we experienced during our stay was looked after with care. A couple extra things that may not be apparent in the listing but might be nice to know: there is a decent sized yard for kids to play in, there is a portable fan in every room which may be nice during the summer, the hot tub has a child safety lock, and the kitchen is quiet well stocked with the basics.

We loved the decor! So beautiful and comfortable. The open concept and plenty of seating made for a perfect place to gather with friends. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the view from the deck and the hot tub time machine. No A/C so beware
Yes there was nothing in the listing stating it had A/C but I assumed this was standard these days in most rentals. We contacted the property manager and Chris brought in fans the next day at their expense as the Homeownwer wouldn’t do a thing.... I thought at almost 500 a night that you would get more than this but it is really set up for winter and skiing. So beware if you are not renting this in winter as you will have a rough time sleeping. The main level was 28 degrees at almost 10 pm and the upstairs level was well over 33 degrees. The house other than this was nice but the furniture was not very comfortable and hard to sit in. Will 100% not rent this house again for the price you pay and what you get. I rented another house that is almost double in the same area but you get much more. Again Chris and Diana were great at the rental agency so I would book through them again but in a different house.
