Dirty!! Stains on walls and carpets. Holes in doors. Very poor breakfast. Just a dirty place

I liked lots of restaurants near by. The bed was cofortable. The condition of rooms was very old, torn carpet. broken shower and furniture stained.

After checking in my kids and I immediately went and got changed to go to the pool. We live in the area and only got a hotel room for pool access for a mini vacay. Only after a few minutes in the pool my oldest who is special needs came up to me holding his arm freaking out. He had a large deep gash that hadn’t started bleeding yet but we knew was coming. There was a place on the wall of the pool that was broken and he slid against the wall it sliced him right open. I left my newborn and my 1 year old with my daughter while I rushed to the front desk for help. He was very cold and not very helpful other than just saying here’s a first aid kit if it isn’t enough then go to the hospital. I left to take him to the hospital but requested an accident report since he is a foster child and I like to make sure I have all proper documentation. I was traveling alone with my special needs foster children and my husband was an hour away. I was freaking out. My son did end up needing stitches which we already knew he would get. After returning from the hospital there was someone else at the front desk and she knew nothing of the incident with my son. So he never did any sort of documentation. We went to check and the pool was still open. There on the broken wall was the chunk of my son that was ripped out of his arm. And my the chair was all the drops of blood from where he started bleeding. They never cleaned up after the incident and didn’t even close the pool.

This place was dirty. The rooms were run down, every piece of furniture was scratched and scuffed, holes in walls, outlets were melted or didn't work and poor internet.

The pictures online are deceiving, if real pictures would have been posted I would have stayed somewhere else.

The check-in lady and check-out man were great. Beyond that the hotel is a no! Everything was dirty. The breakfast was basically nothing. I came in 30 minutes after breakfast started and most things were gone if they were ever put out in the first place. Had to go to front desk and ask for syrup for waffles. No milk for cereal or coffee. The curtains in our room were torn and broken. Mold everywhere. The bedding was gross. The bottom of the pool was dirty. I highly recommend you find somewhere else!

Hotel was very dirty, shower had a washcloth over the showerhead, had been rust stained. Found out it was there vecause of a leak. Had a window that overlooked a hallway inside, but the window would not close. Was a very bad experience!
