Un hôtel bien en deçà des attentes. service d'accueil. service client, le comportement du personnel est très mauvais. Ils ont des employés qui ne peuvent pas passer la commande correctement. Un hôtel où il faut aller tout acheter soi-même. Il n'y a pas d'organisation pour les enfants. uniquement des animations anglaises et un hôtel ridicule pour les britanniques uniquement.

Publié le 4 août 2021 sur HotelsUn vrai hôtel 5 étoiles, tout était parfait, le personnel aux petits soins, les chambres super bien nettoyer, bien ranger. Plusieurs restaurants des super bons repas bravo aux chefs ! On mange très très bien, plusieurs piscines, on ne manque pas de transats, la plage est super bonne.
Le seul point négatif c’est qu’il manque d’ambiance, pas d’équipe d’animation dommage les enfants s’ennuyaient et nous aussi
Les spectacles le soir sont en anglais et le thème pendant toute la semaine c’était sur l’Amerique ! Nous venons en Turquie pour découvrir la Turquie et non l’Amerique même si c’était d’excellents chanteurs professionnels. Hôtel luxueux mais manque une touche de folie c’est bien si vous cherchez le calme et le repos.

I have stayed in many resorts all over the world and this one is in the very good category ! Facilities , Food ( truly amazing ) Drinks ( excellent ) Staff ( so helpful and friendly ) . We had a beautiful memorable stay !

It was a much better experience than I expected.staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. We had 1 disappointing meal in the Asian restaurant, but a fabulous meal in the Italian. I think they should let customers book the restaurants in advance as they fill up quickly.

Odada bornoz ütü ve ütü masası törpü tıraş takımı vs her türlü detay düşünülmüştü.
Her yerde takeaway plastik bardaklarla farklı kokteyleri 24 saat deneyimleyip istediğiniz yere götürebilirsiniz. Bazı barlarda standart menünün aksine daha özel kokteyllere de erişim var. Kokteyl konusunda bence çok ama çok başarılı. Diğer alkolleri saymıyorum zaten özellikleri yok.
Açık büfe mutfağının kahvaltısı gayet yeterli aksam yemeklerinde de her gün ayrı bir konsept uyguluyorlar. Ben daha çok et yemekleri denedim ve çok ama çok güzeldi.
Iki üç farklı havuz var,birisini daha çok çocuklu ailelere ayırmışlar. Burda eğlence etkinlik vs oluyor.Diğeri de +16 havuz. Havuz içinde bar var daha kafa dinlemelisin bir havuz bu.
Plaji yeterli. Özel kumsalı var denizin girişi taşlı ama devamında hep kum.
Biz spada masaj da yaptırdık. Çok da memnun kaldık.
Otelin uygulaması ile günlük aktivitelerden haberiniz oluyor. Biz güzel dans showlarına ve maskeli partiye denk geldik,çok eğlendik.
Basilico restoran ücrete dahil ve kesinlikle kaçırmamanız gereken bir hizmet veriyor ,ilk işiniz burdan rezervasyon olsun otelde.
Otelde herkes size gülümsüyor herkes size yardımcı olmak istiyor,sorun yaşarsanız hemen çözmeye çalışıyorlar. Yani ben aldığım hizmetten gerçekten çok memnun kaldım.
Eşime burda evlilik teklifi ettim. Benim için yeri ayrı o yüzden.

We had wonderful 5 night stay. The food was excellent. The service was timely and the staff was courteous. The beach is one of the best in the region. There is plenty of variety in entertainment and organized activities for people of all ages.
