Notre chambre était incroyable avec une très belle vue, le spa également, la praticienne, une femme au grand cœur était au petit soin tout le long.
Toutefois l’hôtel n’est pas terminé et des petits détails font que le séjour n’était pas parfait :
- l’accès à l’hôtel, route poussiéreuse et bosselée
- des sacs de poubelle, du sable de chantier un peu partout dans l’hôtel
- contenant de gel douche/après shampooing vides à notre arrivé
- douche à l’italienne défaillant impossible de l’utiliser, personne n’est passé la réparer malgré le signalement
- carte du soir à revoir, une cuisine « italienne » non maîtrisée
- service lent, lorsque vous demandez un cocktail compter environ 15 min
- personnel gentil mais amateur et peu confiant dans les réponses apportées
Ça reste un bon séjour mais sans plus, idéal pour un voyage de noce ou pour être coupé du monde.

Bon séjour
Publié le 14 août 2023 sur HotelsPersonnel très attentionné, c’est tres agréable. Le cadre de l’hotel est incroyable on est en plein dans la nature.
Quelques bémols, notamment sur l’accès a l’hôtel qui est assez compliqué étant donné que celui ci est vraiment reculé du centre ville. D’ailleurs, nous ne pouvions seulement nous restaurer sur place et les prix restent élevés sans avoir énormément de choix.
Autre petit problème concernant notre chambre. Si vous souhaitez y séjourner il faut vraiment prendre une bonne chambre car la première en gamme n’est pas folle.
Globalement, si on cherche a se ressourcer et seulement profiter sur place, c’est un bon hotel.

Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HotelsSuch an amazing hotel it is an actual gem of a hotel. The rooms are clean, well maintained and have amazing views with the trees and ocean in sight. There is access to the turquoise sea and it is through a deck.
The service is unmatched, just as you would see in four seasons or ritz carlton. The front desk managers are very kind and fast with their responses. The restaurant and bar staff are all friendly and amazing at their jobs. The restaurant had amazing food it is a must for a nice evening.

We had a wonderful time at Lov Faralya. My wife and I came for our honeymoon and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The staff was incredible. They were all very kind, respectful, accommodating and did everything to ensure a positive experience. I was able to communicate with Lov Faralya on WhatsApp months before my trip, and they answered every single one of my questions in a timely manner. Although we don't speak Turkish, there were plenty of staff members who spoke English and we had no trouble from a language standpoint. The food was excellent, from a variety of breakfast foods to the delicious steak and other fine dining options. The vibe was so peaceful, relaxing during the day and night. Room service came by every day at a time most convenient to us. Having a private pool was one of the main reasons we came, and it did not disappoint. The views were remarkable anywhere you were in the resort. The restaurant, reception, housekeeping, and buggy-driver staff were all so great! We will definitely be coming back to this wonderful and peaceful romantic getaway resort.
