Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery clean, small cabin. Bathroom super small (sit sideways on the toilet small). You are at the mercy of other guests for quiet after dark - if you like to turn in early and others don’t, this set up may not be for you.

Perfect place for families!
Publié le 19 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a great location for people with families! We have young children and I was actually able to relax while on a vacation because of the nice location and beach area. The beach area was set up great for people with young kids! Highly recommend!

Fun weekend away
Publié le 17 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was our 2nd time staying at the Lake Cabins resort. We go on an annual trip with 4 families with a wide range of ages of children (9 yrs to 20), and everyone had a wonderful time. The location is great, close to Traverse City. We did a couple of outings, but also spent a lot of time at the cabins. The lake is beautiful and there are lots of available kayaks and paddle boards to use. The kids enjoyed paddling down to the ice cream shop in town. The cabins are very clean and have AC, although mostly we were able to enjoy a nice breeze coming through the windows at night. The beds have been improved with nice memory foam pads on top, and this made a big difference for me! There are nice fire pits outside each cabin, but also a communal one which we mostly used, and has a great view overlooking the lake. We also rented the pontoon one day and were able to go out and enjoy a very nice shallow sandbar across the lake. All in all, we had a fantastic trip and are certain to be back! Thanks to Beckey and Jeff for providing a great location for us to visit.
