Un hébergement confortable avec comme environnement un havre de paix, des vignes, des paysages magnifiques, des installations pratiques et fonctionnelles, un restaurant de très grande qualité, un personnel souriant et attentionné. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Posto magnifico con una vista mozzafiato sui campi toscani.
Il personale è giovane ed accogliente e pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste.
L’estero è curato ed è piacevole passare del tempo con gli animali della fattoria.
Per quanto riguarda la camera, qualcosa andrebbe migliorato (isolamento della camera; lampadine scariche e non rimpiazzate; problemi di canalizzazione; rubinetto della doccia che perde acqua in continuazione).
In ogni caso il posto è magnifico ed abbiamo passato un soggiorno fantastico!

The room was cute, but shower head was disgusting. I turned on the water and noted the stream going every which way. I looked up because that can only mean that the shower head is dirty. The white shower head had black all over the spouts. Some were so blocked, nothing came out while the others were shooting in different directions. They need some vinegar soap and water to clean it. . Then I don’t even think they changed the trash bag from the previous stay, just grabbed the trash out cuz there was floss in the bin. The restaurant was okay. My risotto was very undercooked. Very heard. But the flavor was amazing. We started with one server who ended up ignoring us the rest of the stay. The one that took over was very kind and sweet. Then Arianna with the olive oil and wine tasting was great as well. The only reason I gave this place any stars was for them two.

The place is beutyful and the staff is very friendly. The nature around the place is stunning.
Only minus is that the restaurant food didn't live up to our expertations, but it's a matter of taste

We loved our stay at Palagina. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. Our room and the views are absolutely stunning. We loved hanging by the pool and taking walks on some paths to see natures around us. Wine and olive oil was also super tasty! We did a tasting and it was fantastic. Only thing that was that there is only a few restaurants on the property and they closed some for events so you are stuck with eating there if you don’t have a car. And taxis are practically non existent in this area, roads are narrow and winding with no lights so unsafe to walk anywhere. I would highly recommend renting a car if you come to this facility. I believe they have free parking.

Very nice Estate, but they need to invest in lighting and signage and an indoor location for breakfast. It was 53 degrees and raining a breakfast buffet was outdoors.
