Had an amazing time at Palagina. The grounds were absolutely stunning and the rooms clean. A small few things they could focus on is giving the rooms a bit of a face lift as they do seem dated and improve ventilation in the bathrooms to avoid the mold. Also screens on the windows so you can open them without the worry of bugs getting in. Enjoyed eating at the restaurant and loved the wine/wine tour. I would definitely recommend.

Don’t expect full service
Posted Sep. 23, 2024 on HotelsBeautiful location and space. Service and restaurant not very accommodating to guests. No food anywhere on the property from 2:30-7 pm so very difficult for travelers. No connection to taxis or transportation. Offered little help. Restaurant service was interesting….

We loved this property and all it had to offer. Great staff, rooms and food options. The location was a bit secluded but it made for a peaceful time away from the hustle. We booked a cooking class through this property and it was Devine and very close by! Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved our 2 night stay here, don’t think twice and just book it. Had some trouble finding property at first as it is divided in two areas, so make sure you set your maps to the right location. We were in complete AWE once we got our room and walked around the property which is just absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The views are stunning as its on top of a hill, especially with early morning light. We didn’t originally planned for it but we ended up doing breakfast and dinner both days as the restaurant is one of the best I’ve been to, specially dinner menu. Lastly, their staff is what I’m most grateful for; we had a medical emergency and everyone was so kind and caring and managed a very scary moment for us, wisely. Thank you for all you did for us. Will definitely come back and hopefully stay a bit longer.

Uncaring & Deceptive
Posted Nov. 6, 2023 on HotelsThis property was terrible. After expressing to the front desk about the cleanliness, they did nothing to rectify the issue. They make it seem like they care, but they don’t. The selection of food here is terrible. The customer service is deceptive. They don’t care if you have a great stay. They only care about collecting their money.

It didn't have handicap shower for me.
