We appreciate the location is town centre but the shabby condition of the accommodation is nowhere near the £100 price tag charged per night. It gets worse, as you have to pay another £10 to park in the pub’s car park overnight. Really feel that we’ve been seriously overcharged for what was probably worth no more than £60/£70 max. Staff we met were helpful and friendly though.

The staff were freindly but the whole place was filthy . The tv in the room didnt work .you had to go to the bathroom to fill the kettle which you couldnt get under the tap properly so you could only half fill it. There was no hand basin in the room or in the toilet so if somone was using the bathroom and you had used the toilet you could not wash your hands i would definitely not use this place again

Shared toilet and the toilet floor very uneven, toilet slanted making use uncomfortable
Room very dusty, and bed quite damaged (torn/scratched fabric)

This property is totally worn out and criminal the charge for room only is £100 for a double room. There didn’t seem to be anyone in charge and all the staff were young and inexperienced. In short the experience was terrible and a disgrace.

Staff were friendly, although the room was bleak. There was an overwhelming smell of old frying fat.

Everything was good.staff could not do anoth for you.room was warm.i wanted a hotel with parking, which i got,but was not told i had to pay for it.it cost me £50 for 5 days....
