Publié le 13 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayAn old house, classic furnishings, and modern commodities, nice views, very calm , what else to ask for in Italy! 10 minutes to the beach and forest walks. Plenty of nearby villages. One comment, the 3rd bedroom is reached through the 2nd, otherwise the house is better than the description. Giovanni was very friendly and helpful and had great ideas for the region. We gladly recommend.

Un gioiellino nascosto nelle colline liguri

La casa è appena stata ristrutturata, è provvista di tutti gli elettrodomestici (compresi lavastoviglie e condizionatori) e barbecue all’esterno. L’ubicazione è ideale per raggiungere le spiagge di Finale, l’entroterra e il centro medievale di Finalborgo. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi, accoglienti e discreti. Spero di poter tornare al più presto!

Perfect stay

Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGiovanni was a very kind host and we enjoyed our stay very much (although the weather was quite bad).
The house is nicely located at a green hillside with a huge garden/agriculture area around. By car you are at a supermarket or in Finalborgo or Finalmarina in minutes. By foot you can walk up the mountain to a nice restaurant "Antica Osteria" or to hike/climb around Perti mountain. Below the house is a (rather ugly) industrial area, but you do not notice it in the house or from the terrace.
The actual house is the middle one of the three buildings on the pictures. It is an old house, but everything is fine and well equipped (no cooking oven though).
Only criticism are the mattresses which are quite worn out and may not suit everybody.

A week of biking with friends
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe stay in this house was really pleasant! A warm welcome by Giovanni gave us a great start of our holiday. This charming house with a 15th century first floor has all the services you need as a biker. It’s equipped with a bike stand and cleaning spot! The location, just outside Finalborgo (35 minute walk) surrounded by quiet wine yards and grapes, was perfect to us.

a bit outside but near enough to enjoy finale.
The owner was extremely friendly and gave us the feeling that we are already a few years there. There is a space for parking and also the bikes are in the safe environment.

Super Haus mit tollem Gastgeber
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayGiovanni ist ein super netter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei ihm darf man leckerste Tomaten ernten. Außerdem kann man super gutes Olivenöl beziehen von dem bei Anreise eine kleine Flasche direkt un der Kücke zur Verwendung vorfindet. Das Haus ist super und die Klimaanlage ist im HHocjsommer gold wert
