I called to cancel my reservation and was told I would not be charged for the stay and after I got back to GA I seen that I got charged by the hotel for my stay even after the cancellation......

Staff was very unfriendly, the front desk attendant was the worst. Checking in the front desk girl was to busy on her ipad, and annoyed that i asked 2 questions. Front loby was unkept and i made the mistake of using the washroom there, it was dirty and had overflowing garbages and smelled horrible. At check out the next morning the same girl at the front deskwas angry that i wanted to return my room key, her only response was to snap her fingers and point to the desk......she wouldn't even speak to us.
Felt like we ruined her day by being there.....

Not perfect.
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HotelsDisappointing to have the pool closed and no mention of it through any communication up to, and including, check in.
We were also given one bed and a pull out couch rather than the two king beds we had reserved. When we asked after finding our room, I was led to feel as if it would be a problem to find the room we had reserved and used the less than comfortable pull out since it was only one night.

Great place to stay

Clean but still no pool
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HotelsThis is the second time we've stayed here and the pool wasn't in service. The last time they told us if would be repaired in Jan., 2024. When we returned in June 2024, it was still out of service.
