This beautiful detached wooden chalet with garden for a maximum of 6 people is located in the small town of Finkenstein am Faaker See in Carinthia, quietly located in a neighborhood with a few other chalets and with direct access to a small lido directly on Lake Faaker See.

The chalet is as good as new and very nicely furnished, it offers a total of 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom with washing machine, a spacious living room with dining table, an open fully equipped kitchen, a carport and a beautiful garden with a pond. The chalet is about 4 km from Lake Faaker See (with free access to a small lido with sanitary facilities and a beach buffet), and a good 1 km from the natural Aichwaldsee.

Finkenstein am Faaker See is located between Carinthia's main river Drau and the Karawanks mountain range, in the Villach-Land district, right in the border triangle of Austria-Italy-Slovenia. By car, you can reach the very popular town of Velden am Wörthersee in about 1 hour, and you can also reach Lake Ossiach in less than 30 minutes by car. In winter, the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with almost 70 kilometers of slopes is particularly popular, and as an alternative, the Dreiländereck Arnoldstein ski area with 17 kilometers of slopes is a possible alternative. Klagenfurt Airport is about 44 km away.

The region around Finkenstein am Faaker See offers many opportunities for hiking (Alpe-Adria Trail), climbing (Kanzianiberg) and numerous bicycle and mountain bike tours.

Directly in Finkenstein there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
