Absolutely Horrendous!!! Disgusting, filthy & should barely be operational. Blood on concrete at our door, followed by blood on carpet as we walked in! Brown muddy water in kettle. Room full of mosquitoes & spiders. Went to have a shower & 2 towels we picked up had stains all over them. Stinky smell in room. Had to brush teeth with bittled water! Would have been better sleeping in car and showering at truck stop!!! Stay away!

We reserved a room in July, fully paid. We went to check in during December and got told our booking didnt exist, even having emails/msgs/bank statement confirming our stay. We understand mistakes happen but they flat out denied us a room and told us it was no longer their problem, knowing it was booked out everywhere due to a concert. We were left 2.5 hrs away from home with nowhere to stay. Absolutely not happy and left very disappointed.

Checked in , unpacked the car . Was not happy with standard , so checked into another motel in cobram.

I have been charged for a room that I did not stay at because I considered the room and the motel in very poor condition for what I was being charged. I did not stay the night. I found other accommodation and even though I contacted Wotif. to let them know I have been charged.

Did not like room stink of paint which was more on the old carpet than walls totally dissatisfied I think there was about 25 rooms I was the only person staying there I think that says it all
