Wedding weekend
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was not the cleanest but owner was responsive and very easy to work with. House had incredible views and was able to host all of our guests. Accommodations were as described and supported our event as planned and hoped for. Truly enjoyed by all. Forgotten items were handled exceptionally well! Would stay here again and recomend for large groups.

Spectacular View and Property
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaySkybridge is a beautiful property with a panoramic view of Bear Lake. The gathering areas, balconies and decks are wonderful. The play area, theatre room, yard, and various lounging nooks were paradises for kids. Just a few things marred our otherwise amazing time. MICE! We had nightime visitors in bathrooms. We felt the owners could have been more responsive. We left two messages which went unanswered all day. We had to take matters into our own hands.When we did at last hear from them, they made a generous offer to make amends for the situation. We didn't receive quick responses when we had questions prior to our visit. Bathroom situation on the lower level not great. Only 2 bathrooms for 5 families. I'm sure they will address and fix these issues. I'm still giving them 5 stars, because it is a fabulous property and provided an amazing reunion for our family. In spite of the issues, it was still great!

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the mice. We are aware of field mice in this rural setting and sometimes basement doors left open, allowing furry intruders. However, this is not the standard we aim for, and we understand how this can impact your stay.
Please know that we took immediate action by contacting pest control professionals same-day to address the issue and subscribe to their ongoing services to prevent it from happening again. The two messages you left my wife and I went unanswered due to us traveling out of the country that week, but we do provide four phone numbers for any guest concerns to make sure someone is always reachable. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.
We are happy you enjoyed the property's gathering areas, decks, play areas, and amenities for your family reunion.

Perfect for a big family reunion
