You have to take your trash out yourself. You have to take the towels and washcloths to the office to get fresh ones, but nobody is ever in the office. You can call a number and they will come to the office, but they are never there. The staff is friendly, and the place is very clean, but I consider trash and towels to be part of the hotel service.

Excellent communication
Publié le 19 mai 2024 sur HotelsExcellent contact from the team there. They were proactive in calling about my late arrival to make it a smooth process. I left an item at the room on accident and they called and offered to ship it back. No need as it wasn’t high value, but I appreciated the offer.
Room was also clean, fairly up to date, and a decent rate. I’ll definitely come back here next time I’m in the area

Great place to stay.
Publié le 11 mai 2024 sur HotelsPictures and reviews looked good, so we gave it a chance. I didn’t read the booking details carefully and showed up after
8pm a little panicked when the open sign was off. However a sign on the door had an after hours number for check in. Called and was immediately helped and in our room within 5 minutes. Room was awesome. A great set up. I kind of wish we were staying longer than one night.
The bed was a little uncomfortable, but everything was super clean and the staff were extremely nice.
