'Yarrowfells' - Rural Escape

Showcasing immaculate modern interiors on approx 5 acres, this exquisite family residence which sleeps up to 10 people is an ideal rural retreat for the whole family or perfect for a group of friends.

It provides an effortless weekend destination, nestled within a wonderfully secluded position only 15 minutes to Kangaroo Valley, 20 minutes to Bowral and Moss Vale and 30 Minutes to the Coast.

A 10 minute walk to the end of the road will showcase the spectacular views looking out over Kangaroo Valley at Mannings Lookout, with walking tracks to showcase our beautiful national parks.

Superb selection of 3 living areas, lounge with open fireplace flows to entertainers' terrace overlooking salt water pool and spa.

Sprawling lawns, garden as well as a tennis / basketball court.

Stylish Caesar Stone kitchen with Miele appliances/steam oven.

Fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, gas cook top & Coffee Machine. A selection of tea, coffee and condiments also provided.

Five bedrooms with built-ins, two master suites with ensuites. One bedroom with two single beds, four bedrooms all with queen beds.

Premium finishes, neutral tones and abundant natural light.

Ducted air conditioning, heated floors in the 3 bathrooms - All linen provided including a selection of soaps and toiletries.

Please Note:
* There are to be NO parties/loud music or more than the allowed guests at the property, consideration to neighbouring properties is a MUST during your stay.
* NO fireworks are to be brought onto OR used at the property
* Should the BBQ be used during your stay and NOT cleaned it will incur a $50 cleaning fee.
* If the property keys/remote are NOT returned or lost a $100 fee will be charged to the guests credit card.
* All excess rubbish is to be taken when vacating the property, any excess rubbish left will result in a fee on your credit card to have it removed.

The pool/spa is set automatically to be warmed to a max temp of 28 Deg for safety reasons.

You do not need to turn it on or touch the heater box, this is already set up by the pool technician and will turn off automatically at 9pm.

The Green button on the side of the brown pool box activates the blower/jets and is on a timer.

Unfortunately for example, weather being too cold, excessive rain and other unpredictable factors can mean that the pool/spa isn't always functioning as it should i.e heating to the desired temperature, or can be completely out of action during your stay. The team at McGrath in conjunction with pool contractor do everything within our power to ensure it is functioning and working to perform its desired use.

However we ask guests to please understand that this feature of the property can incur maintenance issues at any time and this understanding needs to be taken into consideration when booking the property.

Great house for our wedding preparation
We stayed for 2 nights for our daughter's wedding. The size of the home was great for the bridal party to get ready and then for family to stay the night of the wedding. On arrival, we used the code provided in the most recent email for the key box but neither of the boxes would open. So I tried to contact the managing agent but there is no phone reception. Luckily I was able to sign into the homes wi fi and found an earlier email which had a different combination for the key box and thankfully that one worked. It was a bit of unnecessary stress. The gardens are amazing, and the layout of the house suited us perfectly. The amenities were great, and the rooms were large and accommodating. The kitchen was excellent. We loved it.

Fabulous house for a large family or 2 families
So much to do, you don’t really need to leave the property. Gorgeous gardens, fabulous house, pool, spa, tennis court and fireplace. There was something for everyone and we would definitely rent it again.

The house was amazing and we really felt cozy on the property. It’s land size makes it a lot of fun to just walk around and enjoy. The outside verander area could have been better cleaned but overall it is a great place to unwind and relax.

Family vacation
Our 2nd trip to Yarrowfells did not disappoint.Wonderful house and the gardens had noticably had a lot of work in the last twelve months.Great walks around the garden,time spent in the pool with the grandkids,tennis tournaments and plenty of room inside for the whole extended family.Would highly recommend if you want to go on a holiday and just stay put.

Excellent design and layout with good size bedrooms and three bathrooms, several living areas, very well-equiiped kitchen and super dining table.The gardens are extraordinary and peaceful. Beautiful outdoor pool
Loved loved the pool, we did not get out of it. The pool had a heater which made it that much more enjoyable! The rooms were spacious and we were comfortable as a group of 10! Kitchen was huge and very spacious, The bathrooms and layout of the bedrooms suited our group. The drive was also very enjoyable and easy to find.

Lovely property
We really enjoyed our stay, the property is lovely and we loved sitting around the big dining table together! Unfortunately the spa would not heat up, which was a big disappointment for us and we were expecting 4 of the rooms to have Queen size beds, but there were only 3 with and the other 2 had 2 x single beds - just a shame as we had 4 x couples staying in the house. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely weekend
This is our second stay at this property. To be fair, it seems a little less well-cared for than it was two or three years ago. However, over a hot weekend it was great to have the pool/spa and the tennis court, together with large well-kept grounds for kids to run around. A very pleasant and comfortable stay all round, especially for family groups.

Lovely property for a long weekend getaway with family (we were a group of 8 adults and 1 baby). The space in the master suites were more than enough for a travel cot. 60th Birthday Getaway
We had a lovely 3 day stay at this beautiful property. The grounds are just stunning. The house itself is very spacious with plenty of living space to be very comfortable. Modern and contemporarty fittings made this place feel like a home. The kitchen and pantry were very well stocked but the house needs a dustpan set.The vacuum cleaner supplied unfortunately didn't pick up a thing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very well stocked and if you needed anything, there was a closet with ample supplies. Plenty of towels, linen and blankets. We thoroughly enjoyed the basketball and tennis court. A closet FULL of sporting supplies. It was quite windy on our days but we still managed a walk to the end of the property to see the Shetland ponies from next door. Overall, we had a fabulous weekend.

We were a group of 10 women and had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Spacious living and stunning grounds. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa and had lots of fun on the tennis/basketball court. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect, tranquil location.
I stayed with a group of ladies for a relaxing girls weekend. Home is fully equipped with everything you need. Grounds are beutiful, pool is perfect and the spa with the gorgeous views was the highlight of our stay. A must stay if you are after peace and quiet and privacy. Woukd highly recommended.

Big & Beautiful house
The house was beautiful, very large with plenty of space for two families to enjoy. Beds were very comfortable. We had one very cool day (15 degrees) so the fire in the main living room was a pleasant experience! Beautiful gardens, with a great pool. There was one big disappointment though and that was the broken spa. We were all looking forward to enjoying it but to our dismay after calling McGraths Bowral and the pool man we were told it would not be fixed for approximately 2-3 weeks. The pool man said there are ongoing issues with it and after reading previous reviews we were not the only group that couldn’t use it. There’s many more reviews/complaints about it. We found this frustrating and would have preferred to informed of this prior to booking. Also we sent the property manager a text about the issue in the beginning and didn’t even get a response! Not good customer service at all, I would have expected better! Other than that an overall enjoyable break.

Large property. Needs a clean.
Size of property was great however, the property was absolutely filthy. Spiders and webs all over the house, dead flys and insects on all the window sills, lizards coming into the house under the gabs in the windows on a number of occasions (in one of the masters and the formal lounge room) curtains falling off rods, broken sitting chair, not enough TVs. The exterior also needs a clean and the outdoor furniture attended to. Property needs an uplift it’s obvious it’s been vacant for a long time.
