Tutto nella norma unico cosa la camera do ho soggiornato non c'era aria,cassa forte,frigo bar quindi non ci tornerei con i bambini.È una struttura a gestione famigliare,un tropo è come si loro abbiamo li.nel complesso ci sta.

un albergo che dovrebbe ristrutturarsi veramente

Una stanza per due persone con meno di 15 metri quadrati e tre grucce nell'armadio ad un'anta, quindi per una persona ... neppure una mensola dinanzi allo specchio del bagno. Posti macchina dichiarati nel depliant della prenotazione inesistenti poichè il piazzale antistante l'entrata al massimo può contenere ordinatamente quattro automobili !!

Siamo stati per una notte in HB tutto bene dalla cena buona alla colazione ottima. Albergo pulito e gestito bene. Un po datata la struttura e dispone di pochi posti auto. Consigliato ad ogni modo per l'ottimo rapporto q/p.

- Vantaggi: personale cortese e posizione dell'hotel. - Svantaggi: Camera veramente piccola, assenza comodini, wifi scarsissima, parcheggio auto pressoché inesistente, e centro spa chiuso nel periodo invernale.

Excellent Staff!

Pour : ALL the staff were so accommodating as my luggage did not arrive with me when my flight arrived in Rome and was not going to be delivered to Fiuggi un
Contre : I am always cold so I found the hot water was not hot enough and I attribute that to the hot water heater and setting.
Emplacement : Fabulous location close to everything, shopping, bars/cafes, historic sites etc.
ALL the staff were so accommodating as my luggage did not arrive with me when my flight arrived in Rome and was not going to be delivered to Fiuggi until late the next day. They provided me with a toothbrush, toothpaste a bath robe, slippers and extra blankets and a complimentary beverage. And when they found out I was a vegan they went out and purchased rice milk which was soooo kind so I could have cereal in the morning. The Breakfast buffet was lovely providing an assortment of cereals, fruit, yogurt, cheeses, meats, eggs. bread for toast, croissants, cakes, coffee and tea. The room was so clean, comfortable, warm and quiet!! The staff even went the extra mile to provide me with a personal wake up call by knocking on my door as the hotel is not set up for wake up calls. They truly were exemplary in every way and I am grateful for all the extra kindness shown to me during my stay!!

Riscaldamento a palla!

Camera non molto grande ma bagno spazioso. Appena rimodernato anche se con qualche mobile "d'epoca". Siamo stati bene anche se il riscaldamento in camera era altissimo! Un consiglio per i gestori.... installate una valvola termostatica sul radiatore!! Darete maggior confort ai clienti e risparmierete sulla bolletta del riscaldamento!!

Relaxing environment with a really nice staff

The hotel staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The hotel was situated in a garden with a nice fountain in the entrance. The locale was very relaxing. Unfortunately, when I stayed there at the end of October, there was renovation work taking place at the hotel and my room had the unpleasant smell of plaster dust and paint in the air. The staff informed me that I was the only guest in the hotel on the night I arrived, and the two employees who were there when I arrived seemed surprised that I had arrived with a reservation. They were not expecting guests. If it were not for the temporary renovation work, the hotel might have had the highest rating for cleanliness and a higher valuation for hotel condition.
