Private heated pool and SPA/hot tub, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, corn hole, bocce ball, board games, putting green in the front yard, fishing or crabbing in the back yard private dock, & more to keep you entertained indoors and outdoors.

Public beach access is Varn Park, which is one-minute drive north. NO beach access across the street.

Enjoy the private heated saltwater pool and spa/hot tub. Extremely appealing to people with sensitive skin. The daily rent includes heat for the spa/hot tub up to 102 degrees but there is an additional fee to heat pool up to 82 degrees.

There are three bedrooms and two baths on the main floor. Master one, fit for the king and queen, has a king bed and attached bath with a walk-in shower. This master bedroom has a fantastic view overlooking the pool, pond, and river. Bedroom two and bedroom three have queen beds. An additional full bath completes the main floor.

There are four bedrooms and two baths on the top floor. The master 2 has a king bed with an attached bath, two bedrooms with a queen bed, and one with two queen beds.

Living room has one sofa bed and the game room in the bottom floor has one sofa bed.

All bedrooms and living areas have a great view of the ocean, expansive garden, pond, or waterway. Two top-floor bedrooms access the balcony with an ocean view and sunrises.

Keeping everyone fed is a pleasure in the enormous open-design kitchen with expansive quartz countertops, an oversized refrigerator, and top-quality stainless-steel appliances. Plus, the extra-long breakfast bar makes it easy to serve a quick breakfast and coffee (Keurig) before heading to the beach in the mornings. A fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, and other necessities. Just pick up some groceries on the way, and you're ready to start your vacation fun! Several couples or large families can quickly settle in and enjoy fun times together while still finding some alone space.

With a washer and dryer ready in your beach home, you can keep on top of the laundry.

Spend many peaceful mornings on the grand upper and lower front porches. You can feel refreshing coastal breezes as you watch an incredible sunrise over the Atlantic. As the sun goes down each evening, head out to the huge back porch and pool deck and uncork a bottle of wine to share with loved ones.

Want to practice golf? There is a mini-golf right in your front yard. Clubs and balls provided.

Want to play ping pong, air hockey, or foosball? You can, in the garage, so no AC.

Jump on your bike and ride the Flagler Beach-to-Marineland Trail, a 21-mile paved pathway connecting three neighboring beach towns. Explore the pristine beach and search for seashell treasures or bring along buckets and boogie boards for a fun-filled day with the kids. Maybe you even want to take surf lessons while you're here! Try your luck at fishing and or crabbing (rods and equipment provided) right in your backyard.

To finalize the booking, you must verify your identity.

Check-out time: 10 am.

No parties or events.
Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am.
Pool/SPA hours: 8 am to 10 pm

Due to county and fire department regulations, please do NOT exceed the number of guests (including children) specified on the reservation. Please do not bring pets. $500 fee for any violation.

Heat for Hot tub/Spa is included (up to 102 degrees) in rent but there is an additional fee to heat the pool up to 82 degrees. Would you please wash off all the sand outside before entering the pool or the house?

Max 7 vehicles on the property at any given time. Park only under the carport and driveway. Do not drive or park in the backyard or on the lawn/grass anywhere on the property.

There are open bodies of water, i.e., pool, pond, river, etc. This home may not be suitable for children. A responsible adult must always supervise children, if any.

Please do not stain or misuse linens (towels, bedsheets, quilts, etc.) to avoid a replacement fee.

As is typical with hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals, ALL exterior sides of this property have security cameras monitoring and recording for security, safety, and compliance.

As is typical of all vacation rentals, we provide only a starter (limited) supply of consumables. Examples of consumables include Keurig K-cups, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Installed Bidets for extra hygiene. Publix Grocery store is only a few min's car drive up the street for your shopping convenience.

To prevent AC coil freezing, 71F is the lowest setting possible. Please do not leave windows or doors open when AC is on. Doing so will cause the AC to stop working for the rest of your stay.

Fire Pit: The owners installed a fire pit in the backyard for their personal use. IT IS NOT A PUBLISHED AMENITY FOR GUESTS. You are welcome to use it, but we do not provide any supplies (wood, lighter, chairs, etc.) or guarantee cleanliness. Your use of the fire pit constitutes acceptance of full responsibility and liability for any damages, injury, etc. Please clean up after use and return furniture/items to their original place.
We will conduct repairs and maintenance as needed. For repairs inside the house, we will provide advance notice. For yard, pool and exterior repairs and maintenance, unfortunately we will not be able to provide advance notice as it depends on contractors.

Check-out requests
Bag all trash and place it in trash containers under the carport. Please do not leave any trash in the house or property grounds.

Clean or place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Close all windows and lock all doors.

After use, please return items to their original/appropriate place (ex: golf clubs/balls, beach equipment, fishing equipment, board games).
