Great stay!
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe had a great one night stay. The hotel is new and it looks it. The room was nice and clean; the pictures on the website are identical to what we experienced. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The person who checked us in was very nice. Also, the hotel is conveniently located right off the I17 from Phoenix. It’s about 5 minutes from downtown where the restaurants and bars are, and about 5 minutes from the “Lowell Observatory”, the highlight of any Flagstaff visit (go at night to see the amazing star-filled sky). The only hiccup was finding it. The entrance is right next to a Mobil gas station. It’s very easy to miss, which we did. Coming from Phoenix you make a right into Mobil and go up a slight incline just before the “Best Western” sign.

This is a great hotel. This hotel is small and intimate. The outdoor area is beautiful. They have bag toss, connect four, tables with fire pits and an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. A few board games in the lobby as well. The rooms are nice, beds are super comfortable. The water pressure could be better. Also, they called me that day of to ask if we want top or bottoms floor and if there was anything else late we needed before arriving. I asked for a few more towels and they were in my room upon arrival. Staff were great. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Wish they had free breakfast like some other Aiden’s. Conveniently located as you enter Flagstaff after driving from Phoenix.
We chose this location while visiting NAU campus.
