Come relax in this cozy studio duplex located in a quiet neighborhood in central Flagstaff. It is a short walk to beautiful forest trails and a city park. Stay in and enjoy the views of Mount Elden from the back patio, or take a short 5-10 minute drive to our downtown for great dinning and shopping. There is a larger unit attached to this one. The units share the driveway/backyard/patio furniture. The entry door to this unit is located on the back patio.
The space
This Flagstaff duplex has beautiful views of Mount Elden and is less than a mile from public forest access, with trails that take you all around our beautiful ponderosa and juniper pine forest. Stay in, relax, and watch the stars while sitting in the backyard or head downtown for a night out. If you are traveling with kids or play tennis, we have a park that is a 2 minute walk from the house. Please note the backyard/patio are shared with the adjoining duplex.
Guest access
Guests have access to the complete interior of Duplex B, the back yard area, and front yard
Other things to note
Quiet time starts at 9pm. This will be enforced and NO PARTIES are allowed. Guests are expected to clean up the shared outdoor space and be courteous to other guests.
At night there is a globe string light that turns on when it gets dark. You will be able to see it from the street and will guide you to the apartment entrance. Turns off around 12:30am.
During the COVID pandemic we will be cleaning with bleach and other disinfectants.
I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:
I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
Directions to forest trails near the house for walking or driving are as follows:
Go north on North Manor toward the mountain.
Turn right on Linda Vista.
Turn left on North Fanning
Turn right on North St Mortiz.
The entrance to the trails are on the right side of the street in between two no parking signs. You can park on the street just not in front of the forest access. Enjoy!
