Cozy home in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to Historic downtown Flagstaff and I-40. Avoiding the gridlock on Milton Road will save you some grief. An hour and a half to the Grand Canyon, one hour to Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona, minutes to Coconino National Forest, Wupatki and Walnut Canyon National Monuments as well as Sunset Crater. Winter skiing at the Arizona Snowbowl or ride the lift in the summer for fantastic views of Northern Arizona! At 7000' in elevation Flagstaff has a lot to offer year round, simply too much to list. Large fenced backyard with putting green, swing set and a deck that wraps around from front to back with gas grill. Game room with pool table and sleeper sofa. Three bedrooms, one with king bed, one queen and one with two twins. two baths: master with large walk in shower, second with tub/shower combination. Minutes to Foxglenn Park and Flagstaff Aquaplex.

Great family cacation house!

It was only my husband and our 14 year old (and our fur babies). It was perfect. Husband and son were skiing. I was working and tried to rest. Back yard was big and fenced in. Dogs loved it as much as we did.

Relaxing getaway

This is a great little place! Our kids liked the pool table. The kitchen was nicely stocked and everything was clean! The pictures on VRBO don't do it justice...it's way brighter and cuter in person!

Lovely location and house!

We stayed for several nights with 2 small children and a dog and had a great time. Lots of snow and the kids (and dog!) had lots of fun playing in the yard. Great living area and kitchen, and very cosy place to spend a low key snow day. On better weather days it was a very easy drive to Grand Canyon and to Williams. Would stay again!

Cute family home

This was a really cute, fun house to stay in. My kids (14&11) loved the pool table and putting green outside. It was the perfect location for us with what we had planned this trip. It was super close to skiing and downtown.

Weekend in Flagstaff

Very nice weekend stay! My wife, son, and daughter in law, and 3 grandchildren (ages 9-13) had a great time. The kids played mini golf in the backyard, enjoyed the Nintendo Wii set up on the tv, played pool in the game room, they were very happy. The kitchen was very well stocked, we used the outdoor grill. The master bedroom was very comfortable. Location was close to town, perfect for our October trip to see the beautiful aspens changing color! A really nice VRBO to treat your family!

A restful getaway

The property was excellent! Space was perfect, clean, and had all needed amenities. We loved the gameroom/pool table; the kids loved the backyard swings and putting green. The fenced in yard was a bonus for our dog. We drove to the Aquaplex near the house for the kids to swim and that was a bonus with an indoor rock climbing wall. It was an easy 90 minute drive to Grand Canyon. Location was perfect! We felt right at home. The hosts gave easy to follow directions for entrance and greeted us with a text. So nice!

Perfect for us!

Spacious and clean house with comfy beds and fully fenced yard for our dog! The kitchen was well stocked and the master bedroom shower was amazing. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. A favorite area of the house was the billiard table!

Grand Canyon Getaway

My husband and I and our 3 kids (ages 12, 10 & 7) stayed here for Spring Break and made day trips to the Grand Canyon and Vermillion Cliffs. The home is spacious with 3 bedrooms and fun for the kids with things to do in our downtime like pool table and putting green and large TV. The hosts were communicative - they offered to shovel the drive after it snowed- and the place was clean. There was even an igloo cooler we could borrow for our day trips to the Canyon.

Awesome family home!

We loved our stay here. Had two boys with us, ages 11 & 13, so the pool table and putting green outside were a big hit! Very clean and comfortable, and loved the quiet location. Lots of outdoor space around the property including seating. Great location with easy access to everything. And a big plus was how much extra bedding was available! Will definitely stay here again if it’s available next time we come up!

Christmas Getaway

My family enjoyed Christmas in Flagstaff this year. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Everything we needed was there for us. We absolutely loved the game room. My daughter is a NAU student and we will definitely stay again. Loved it!

Perfect for our Family trip

Location was ideal and the property was beautiful, well maintained and spacious. Kitchen & appliances available were also perfect and allowed us to enjoy cooking our own meals as well as the local restaurants. There were several restaurants in the listing as "nearby" and the ones we visited were great, especially Eat N' Run and Satchmo's. Host went above and beyond when we had a winter storm during our stay, by kindly reaching out to offer to shovel the driveway which we appreciated very much. We'll be definitely looking this place up again for future trips, really excellent and suited our needs traveling with 2 kids under 3 years old.
