Family get away weekend

Very nice, backyard was secure for our small dog. Kitchen very spacious and modern.

Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe would definitely stay here again. Communication was great, we had plenty of room and everything we needed. It was comfortable and nice. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, hence the one star down but that was easily fixed.

Be wary of your damage deposit !
Publié le 17 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayPay attention upon arrival and make note of all the damages. I would suggest taking photos of everything that is damaged. We were wrongfully accused of damage and charged for things we didn't do that were already there when we arrived. The house has a lot of wear and tear and damage. A large amount was taken from our deposit fee for a stain on the ottoman that was already there and for staining on sheets. The kitchen table and living room couches are stained and very warm looking as well as the paint around the house . Much of the furniture and house is beat up but clearly isn't getting replaced. Keep this in mind when you are booking as you might be blamed and charged for it!

Hi Kathlyn, we inspect the house before and after each stay so that any issues we find, we can properly handle. Unfortunately there were a couple of things damaged during your stay, so we needed to replace and repair those. The house is in great shape and I hope others will enjoy it as much as I do!

Short, Comfortable Stay
Publié le 28 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was clean and ready for us. While the house has some fixing up to do (trim, caulking, etc) and isn’t “fancy,” it was functional and comfortable for the family.
