Welcome to our Timber Tree Home. This newly constructed home is ready to host luckily travelers like you! Located on the East side of Flagstaff with close access to Mount Elden Hiking trails, Cinder Pits, and scenic areas of the San Francisco Peaks! The home location is not far from highly sought-after locations and still backs up to national forest land! A 5 min drive to restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater and Flagstaff's Shopping Mall! Your next great memories waits here!

Here is the bedroom/bathroom layout of the home. We have sleeping accommodations for 8 guest + 1 Baby (Baby crib provide), however we allow up to 10 guests to stay at the home before additional fees:

Ground level:
-Master Bedroom (King Bed) w/ master bathroom with walk-in shower, Walk-in closet, and a lock-off toilet room.

Second Level (Upstairs):
-2nd Master Bedroom (Queen Bed) w/ full private bathroom with bath tub/shower combo and closet

- Guest bedroom (King Bed) w/ Private balcony over the front of the home

-Gest bedroom (Queen Bed)

There is a back patio area with a table and seating for four, the home is backed up to national forest for amazing privacy

Guests have access to the entire home


*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Please shower before using the hot tub. There will be a $100 fine if hot tub is found dirty.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is "all 4 on the floor" this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please pay the pet fee before your arrival.

We enjoyed our stay in the perfect home away from home. The house had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. It was a great place to stay for our daughter’s NAU graduation. It’s close to hiking trails, restaurants, shopping and NAU. Thank you to our host, Mason for the excellent communication.. North Pole Experience for five grandkids
Plenty of room, great spa outside, it is a very nice place. We have stayed in Plenty of places this is one of the Best. Only one issue it is a little warm upstairs with the downstairs just barley worm 68 to 70 degrees. GREAT STAY

A nice modern neighborhood which is near Sunset Crater and Walnut Canyon national parks. Stores like Safeway and Circle K are right within reach of any needs. Downtown Flagstaff is less than 10 miles away. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful Flagstaff retreat

Peaceful haven
It was a wonderful place to get away. It was a great central point for all of the places we wanted to visit. There was 5 in our group plus our Border Collie & yorkie. We were all more than comfortable the house had everything we needed and the kids loved that we could make meals and have a table to sit around. Host was kind and very responsive. Would love to stay again if we are in the area.

The property provided most everything we needed. The hot tub was great to relax in after putting in some great hikes. Location is perfect from a community and tourism standpoint. The only reasons we didn’t give this property 5 stars is for these reasons; - no BBQ grill (not listed as a feature - but this would allow for more cooking options) - pots and pans for cooking limited and of poor quality - limited amount of silverware - bought a rubber spatula as cooking utensils were limited Overall we would still recommend this property to anyone. Aside from the grill, if the other items above were better, this would have been a 5 star review.

A perfect gathering spot... to do laundry
The house was comfortable for our group, and the hot tub was a great feature. However, the bed linens were not clean: we found toenail clippings in one and mascara stains on another, so the first thing we did was laundry. Once that was done, however, we enjoyed our stay.

Buyer beware!
We arrived and the property did not have AC as advertised. Mason, the manager, had said there were temporary units in the bedrooms. There were, but these were not installed properly so were simply recycling warm air back into the rooms. It was a warm day, so the AC did not cool properly or comfortably. I contacted Mason who said he would credit the stay. He did not and will not answer my messages. I feel ripped off and will be filing a complaint with VRBO.

Great location and lovely home
Home was lovely, comfortable beds, nice back and front 2nd floor porch, allowed my well behaved Doberman puppy, hot tub was clean and worked well, could use a bigger coffee maker but not a big deal, so close to town, much to do, restaurants, shops and breweries with excellent food, close to grocery store and gas, 1 hour 30 min to Grand Canyon and Sedona, all around fabulous place to stay, I would recommend to anyone, also weather was wonderful for this time a year, nice and cool in the evening, I would definitely stay her again, value for price.

The house was new yet the AC didn’t work. Happened to be a heatwave week we were there with temps in the high 90s. Owner said he didn’t know about it though the neighbor said he did. Owner sent a guy over who had no intentions of fixing it. Owner said he would compensate us. Never did. Before renting in the summertime ask if the AC has been fixed. Heat made it unbearable to be inside during daytime. It was ok at night
