Checked in, went to our room, the key cards didn’t work. Went to the front desk where it took 20 minutes to get new key cards. The manager on duty wasn’t even on the property grounds. Had a line about 10 people deep, just one desk clerk, and he was struggling to get things done. Really a poor first impression.

No electricity the first several days but post hurricane. After that was excellent hotel. Desk staff was great during trip.
