Bed too small , NO crib was provided , no table or fridge in inside the room . AC was barely working . Breakfast terrible , rotten pine apple and tasteless omelet . Staff not too helpful . Swimming pool was slimy not clean at all .

Thank you for your comments and choosing Lariad BnB for the second time.
We apologise for the pool which was under maintenance the days you stayed in our hotel.
The problem has been solved and we now have a fully functional exterior pool. You may have, however, used the interior pool instead.
When you previously came in our hotel, you booked with your daughters and your baby a Family room, which is big enough for a baby bed and you were fully satisfied.
Your recent booking was for a standard room which is cheaper and smaller than the other room categories. My colleague told you that it would not be possible to put a crib in the room because it was too small.
However you booked the room without declaring your baby.
Furthermore, ALL the beds are standard beds and according to your last stay your were satisfied with it.
The room description are given for all rooms and it is on the guests' responsibility to read and see if the commodities available in the room are at their taste.
The fact that you booked prove that you accepted them. There was a common fridge and common kitchen available for your room.
According to the AC issue, our staff, myself, on the same day intervene and gave you another room.
But, please note that after verification the next morning, we noticed that you changed the remote mode and that was the reason the Air con was not working correctly.
The breakfast did not change since you last came in November, we were surprised to read you comment about how terrible it was. During your last stay you were satisfied about everything.
Our staff is always well noted and very helpful. May it be at the reception, the breakfast or housekeeping. Always willing to help and the proof is that when you called the emergency contact, I came in the following minutes for support.
We grow with every comments and feedback from our guests and take good note of it.
We hope that you find the hotel that will meet all your expectations. Thank you for your time.

Little Stay at Lariad

Pleasant staff, nice little breakfast every morning to get you started for the day. Management assists with arranging a taxi to get around. Would be great to have someone to assist with carrying luggage upstairs when late night check in and early morning checkout but as no management or staff are around during these hours, one has to do it themselves, sometimes your driver is willing is assist. The communal kitchen is handy should you want to keep items in the fridge during your stay. Rooms are cleaned each day at your request. I always like to come back to a fresh and neat room at the end of my day. There was sometimes a lingering odor from the bathroom which may be due to external/toilet plumbing I would presume? But once bathroom door is closed it does not permeate into the room. The base of the bed can be a hazard with the sharp edges, one is able to easily bump the leg onto it, which was the case with me. But this is also a hazard that I’ve seen at other places I’ve stayed at around the world, which I hope management attends to, coz having blue bruises on the leg is not cool. Also, maybe it’s time the beds need to be upgraded, as it was somewhat squeaky.
Overall, good value for money and I would return.

Lariad: Neither special or offensive, just nice
Posted Feb. 19, 2019 on HotelsI stayed at the Lariad for 3 nights having come directly from another accommodation down the road. The third floor superior deluxe room was well represented by the publicity photos and very spacious and clean. I did wonder what was deluxe about the room and assume that this is the extra square feet relative to the standard rooms as there is not anything extra special about them. I was surprised to find that while the rooms have all the furniture you’ll need, aircon, small fridge, and a flatscreen TV, there was no kettle, a rather standard provision typically supplied for most rooms. This meant that to make tea one would have to go to the communal kitchen on the second floor which was far from ideal. The staff did kindly provide me with a kettle on my second day for the remainder of my stay which was much appreciated. There was also no bin in the bedroom, there was just a very small bin in the toilet for sanitary disposal.
The communal kitchen I found confusing; there are two on each side of the floor, both with a sign stating that in principle they were for all guests they were primarily for the guests on the second floor and also had specific storage for the second floor rooms. I am not sure if these were family rooms. The kitchens were rather meagerly resourced having few cooking utensils, and not very clean.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience in our BnB!
We are a BnB that tries to keep its prices competitive. Our Deluxe room is more spacious and have private fridge and dining table.
The standard rooms are smaller had don’t have access to private fridge. They instead use the one allocated in the common Kitchen.
On the other hand, the common kitchens are open to ALL guests of Lariad. It is basically equipped with basic equipments that allows you to do some simple cooking during your stay.
The housekeeping and cleaning of common areas are done on a day to day basis as our priority is to offer a clean area for our guest. We would have appreciated to get your feedback during your stay in order to take necessary measures on the spot. But thank you for sharing that with us.

L établissement est dans un quartier calme, environ 1 Km de la Plage.
Petite piscine extérieur et intérieur
Petit dej dehors ( vache qui rit, jus d ananas, pain de mie, salade de fruits faiche, confiture locale, œuf, cake)
L établissement est propre même si les joins de la salle de bain devraient être changés ( chbre2).

Conception du Lariad fait que tout résonne ... dommage
