Some of the furniture in the our room was quite worn out and had some kind of dirt all across it. It looked like there was gum or something sticky on the chair so we were unable to use the desk area properly. The mirror in the desk was also quite dirty. Everything else was absolutely amazing and beds were absolutely fantastic to sleep on. Thank you for all of the amazing hospitality and all of the services that were provided.

Great hotel

At the check in we noticed the bath was dirty , we mentioned to the staff but nobody did care to come and see us , the staff in general have no clue about service so I would take off the word luxory and charge less as rooms are in need of renovation , if you want to get to flic and flac center you need to take a taxi as the road is dark with no sidewalk, taxi in the resort will accept only cash , you might wonder why.. , and they charge 6 pounds for 5 minutes drive , the beach is full of little rocks and dead corals , boats are passing by very close to the beach that almost get you if you are in the water which is not deep , the 3 star are just for the food and spa.

Fabulous hotel with great service

Best Sofitel Experience

It was amazing. The staff were welcoming and very attentive. Certainly the best service in comparison to other Sofitel I have stayed in within Europe ans UK

The property was really nice and peaceful. The rooms were large and airy. The staff was helpful and friendly.
