Publié le 16 août 2017 sur HotelsC'est la pire hotel ever... pas dormi de la nuit l'hotel ne ressemble pas pentoute au phote c'est croté dégeulasse et meme pas été capable d'avoir ma facture le lendemain car personne au desk... je m'attendais pas a un 5 étoile mais au moins un minimum du fait qu'il est recommandé sur hotel.com

Not sure what hotel you stayed at but we have not had problems with our water not working. We are on well water so sometimes you will get a slight odor if there is high demand. This is because the well water is hard and we both chlorinate well and have a water softener system in place and functioning

At first I was told they no longer take the online reservations because they only get paid $45. Then they said that they only had one room, which looked like a janitor closet. I started to call Travelocity, and he said he had one more room upstairs with no a/c. I reluctantly took it. It was filthy, cigarette burns on the blankets, shower didn’t work. The absolute worst hotel experience of my life.

We booked through Expedia but the hotel canceled the reservation because they explained they don’t make any money by using their services. They did however book us a room with an additional $10 deposit for a room card. The room appeared to be cleaned until you turned on the lights. It was completely filthy in the bathroom, I don’t believe they have ever cleaned the shower, walls/door and shower curtain. The bed still had hairs near the top of the bed and no pillow cases. Pullout bed was missing all coverings. Only had one set of towels. Up on checking out a different attendant tried to refuse to return my refund because I didn’t check in with him the day before. Stay away.

Hi, unfortunately I had a bad experience, first of all when we arrived and show our reservation (which I paid already) I was told we don’t accept reservations from a third party ( I always booke with hotels.com and never had any issue) so the guy in the reception took another extra 25$ cash. Second thing the room was not clean, shower not working, pillows are very and sheets are very dirty, you can smell it from a mile away. I couldn’t sleep the whole night

I actually went to room, smelled marijuana in hallway, saw people outside back door area that looked like a drug haven. Junk all over the grounds and rooms all around in poor shape under construction . I went back to counter and asked for refund. I would never stay there.
