All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. Our room however was pretty dirty. The mirror had toothpaste splatter over it, we had to clean the table to use it, the carpet needed a good vacuum.

This was the worst western- not worthy to called best western. Ac was LOUD. Bathroom light/vent was LOUD. Bedbugs suspected and HORRIBLE filthy mattress. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

Room was not properly prepared on arrival. Pillows all on a chair, missing items like coffee and toiletry, towels. Next day when we left we put the -make up room - sign on the door handle. It was still there when we returned that evening and the card didn't work, so we had to get another on to get in our untouched room and go get towels. All this was a totally different experience for me with the impeccably clean Best Western I am used too. I love coffee and, even the coffee was bad and, also the Breakfast was terrible.
