10/10 this place was amazing. Check-in is at a different location but the staff is super nice and accommodating. At the hotel, there are snacks and coffee in the morning provided, which was nice. A/C worked well, WiFi was good. Overall, more people should stay here. Great staff, central location in the city, great accommodations.

We loved our stay here! Would absolutely stay again when we come back one day. It was smack in the middle of everything so it was nice to have plenty of stores, restaurants, & bars around. Was super easy to navigate all over Florence! Thank you for making our honeymoon amazing!

The room was phenomenal. Newly renovated looking over the piazza. The hotel is located in the heart of where you want to be in Florence. Loved it there.

On Piazza della Repubblica
The location was great, walking distance to all the attractions, with lots of good places to eat nearby. The hotel was unusual in that it consisted of a group of rooms in an otherwise residential building, so there wasn't any staff on site, and check-in was done at a less convenient location in a pedestrian mall our taxi couldn't get to. It also made it difficult to communicate when we had a problem with our TV and then with our A/C. But it was comfortable and clean, and well situated. No breakfast, but some mornings there were snacks left in a communal kitchen.
