The room was awful, the communication was terrible, the beds were rock hard. We left after only one night even though we paid for three nights. Would NOT recommend.

I would’ve given 5 stars but there were a couple things that were disappointing about the stay. The apartment design itself was the only redeeming quality & the free tea in the hallway was nice. I didn’t appreciate it being advertised as air conditioned when the space wouldn’t get colder than 25°C with the AC on full blast and I didn’t love the extra money that was charged as a “security deposit,” as I am staying in several places in my time in Europe and haven’t had to pay an upfront security deposit for a single place. I messaged asking when that money would be returned and was given a somewhat helpful response but not an exact date of when I could expect this money back. The location was okay, not the best if you have a lot of bags as there is no elevator so you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs and the door to get onto the apartment floor was very tight. The check in process was also a little (very) tedious as it was all online and needed to be approved by the host, however the host took forever to respond. All-in-all it was a good apartment but not worth everything we paid for it. For the price, you could definitely find better.

Disappointing

Was given wrong room at checkin. There is no face to face contact. All via Whatzapp. Response was, this is the room allocated to you. The room had 50% less space than booked & paid for. Even when we could prove it was wrong no compensation offered. Contacted Hotels.com who said they'd contacted hosts but they were told correct room allocated. Very disappointed with Hotels com. No compensation of any kind offerred by them either.

Oda, konum ve temizlik harikaydı. Sadece saat 15 ten önce almamaları bizim bir günümüze neden oldu. Herhangi bir muhatap da yok, her şey otomatik olduğundan problemimizi çözümleyemedik. Çok kurallı ve disiplinli bir otel kendimi öğrenci gibi hissettim.😊

This is actually a series of apartments so the location is inaccurate. I expected a downtown center apartment but was placed away from downtown and the train station. This meant extra costs and walking everyday to actually visit the sites. I plan to only do hotels from now on. Otherwise, it was clean and well furnished. The hosts do try, just the posting is inaccurate.
